GWAS summary statistics
We currently host and make publicly available the GWAS summary statistics for over 2000 multi-organ AI-derived endophenotypes (MAE):
2003 multi-scale brain Patterns of Structural Covariance (PSC) data-driven networks;
12 biological age gaps (BAG) derived from imaging and clinical variables for 9 human organs/systems;
18 disease dimensions/subtypes for AD, aging, ASD, SCZ, and MDD, derived from brain MRI via (semi)weakly-supervised AI/ML;
84 eye IDPs derived from OCT data released by UKBB;
82 heart IDPs derived from heart MRI data released by UKBB;
