2003 multi-scale brain Patterns of Structural Covariance (PSC) data-driven networks;
12 phenotype-based biological age gaps (BAG) derived from imaging and clinical variables for 9 human organs/systems;
11 proteome-based BAGs derived from plasma proteomics;
5 metabolome-based BAGs derived from plasma metabolomics;
18 disease dimensions/subtypes for AD, aging, ASD, SCZ, and MDD, derived from brain MRI via (semi)weakly-supervised AI/ML;
84 eye IDPs derived from OCT;
82 heart IDPs derived from heart MRI;
11 MAEs for human diseases derived from multi-organ imaging data;
